In the fresh hold of a new year, we always find ourselves setting ‘New Year’s Resolutions’, dreaming of the big things or small changes we are going to make during the coming year. The things we want to do, see, experience and achieve – but very few of these actually come to fulfilment. Many of us never quite understand why it is not possible to get to the goal we set out for; some of us have even went as to try a multitude of methodologies and very expensive tools and course, in the hope to reap the rewards… but alas, we still find ourselves a few months done the line still sitting at the starting point and wondering why do we even bother.
If you feel that you are not one of the ‘us’ as mentioned above – then I would not recommend that you follow this series of blogs; for in this series I’ll reveal the secrets I have accumulated over the past 20 years. All the pieces of the BIGGER PICTURE, all the little-untold secrets and unconventional tools; which I have now been able to finally put all together and provide myself (and those who are willing to learn) the natural flow and growth to success.
Ready? Well then – let’s get this journey started…
There are a plethora of resources and books out there, but most of them only inform us of one side of the diagram. Which diagram is this you might ask? It is this one ….
Many might believe that it is formed old cult legends or some mythical order, it might even have been ‘The Secret’ written on the Green Emerald Tablets… All I know for certain is that I have found answers to this diagram.
However, it might be – if you do not understand the where to start with this diagram or you do implement this, but in the wrong order … it ain’t going to work!
So where do we start?
In the centre, it is of vital importance to start with the most inner circle. This circle might also be represented as an eye, why? Because it provides the answer for all to see; but due to the fact that we only observe what we perceive to be to truth, we generally miss the ‘in your face’ clues that are left for us all over the entire Universe.
We must always start with the Why? And that my dear friend is the ‘eye’!
Why do I do what I do?
Why do I want to change?
Why – I?
In the book – “Start with the Why?” by Simon Sinek, provides us details into the WHY? Is so important… and it is all summed up in the opening phrase:
“There are leaders and there are those who lead. Leaders hold a position of power or influence. Those who lead inspires us.
Whether individuals or organizations, we follow those who lead not because we have to, but because we want to. We follow those who lead not for them, but for ourselves.
This book is for those who want to inspire others and for those who want to find someone to inspires them”
It is only once we as humans have found out what our inspiration is, what the motivating factor in our existence is; that moment when we really discover the ‘true-self’ in our deepest most inner being, that we can go forth on true life-path and create our own true wealth, meaning and freedom we all so desperately desire, but very few of us every find.
Of course, there are ways to find our true-self even if we have forgotten who and what we really are and want. Tools that have been development for all different views of life… I have used a combination of conventional and unconventional resources to find my own WHY.
WHY – YEVL?
WHY – Creating Naturally creating Freedom, Meaning and Wealth?
WHY – Share this with the entire world wide web?
… Because I am being the person I needed most when I grow-up…
I am being the coach, mentor, educator, advisor and accountability partner that I never had, for myself, my boys and those who yearns for the same kind of person in their life;
- to lead by example,
- to guide through the bad times to the good,
- to provide the knowledge not previously known,
- and to create a long-lasting sustainable foundation through correct initial implementation.
Thus painting the BIGGER PICTURE is such details that it resembles a ‘paint-by-numbers’ plan of action.
So my questions to you,
- Why are you doing what you are doing?
- Why did you set New Year’s resolutions?
- Why did your resolutions of last year not come to fulfilment?
And I suppose the most important of all is –
WHAT are you going to do about it?
Always remember, It is your freedom to choose – but by making no choice you have already decided and implemented your choice!
