FZ2H: Advice, Coaching, Education and Mentoring Process Agreement

Before we truly get into it…
The client/coachee/student must have the following to participate in the advice, coaching, education and mentoring process,

  • A ring-binder or folder in which templates, notes, exercises and worksheets will be kept for their own personal use and future reference to refer back to, to measure their growth and progress throughout this entire process.
  • An exam pad or writing notebook is to be placed in the ring binder/folder. At a later stage, the client/coachee/student can add dividers for ease of access to the different sections.
  • Access to Skype (Internet connectivity/connection, stable enough for video conferencing) for the one-on-one virtual session.
  • 1 to 2 Hours availability per week for the virtual sessions
  • 3 to 5 Hours availability per week to do the accepted exercises, templates and worksheets for the virtual session

This is not a magic wand or spell, nor am I a Fairy-God-Mother… You have to do the work to action the changes you desire to see in your own life.

Advice, Coaching, Education and Mentoring Process Agreement:

  • The client/coachee/student will agree on a payment structure (in advance) to their own proven affordability, terms and conditions on the advice, coaching, education and mentoring services to be provided, before moving forward.
    *P.S. YEVL (Pty) Ltd. has a fixed corporate rate currently of ZAR 1,800-00 / $ 100-00 per hour
    ** The client/coachee/student’s affordability must be established, proven and motivated beforehand, to qualify for a personal discounted affordability rate. This rate will be reviewed and adjusted on a quarterly, bi-annual or annual basis as predetermined by the agreement between the coach and the client/coachee/student.
  • The verbal agreement of the initial meeting must be accepted and confirmed in writing by both parties – YEVL (Pty) Ltd. and the Individual Responsible for the account – in writing via email from both parties’ personal accounts.
  • All payments will made with the client/coachee/student’s personal YEVL Reference code, in advance and credited to the client/coachee/student’s account before any session commences. Proof of the payment(s) will be emailed to contact@clients.yevl.co.za for fast and efficient allocation to the respective account.
  • Should any restructuring, amendments, delayed payment delivery or any kind of alteration be requested or made to the original agreement, both the coach and the client/coachee/student (and the individual responsible for the account) accept and confirm the relevant changes in writing by personal email.

Observations and reports will be recorded towards the collection of evidence for the personal thesis which underlies this advice, coaching, education and mentoring process and strategy.

  • The coach will at all times, take notes of the behaviour and responses of the client/coachee/student before, during and after each session.
  • The record of evidence will be used anonymously in the personal thesis.
    *The personal thesis: The Psychological impact and rehabilitation of past experiences affect daily-driven decisions and actions

Definition of Achievements…

  • The Definition of Achievement(s)shall be determined by the value for the client/coachee/student and the measurement thereof by the coach based on the proof of evidence completed by the client/coachee/student.
  • The client/coachee/student needs to stipulate beforehand the kind of value of achievement measurement he/she will be willing to use to ensure going forward that both the client/coachee/student and the coach are on the same level of measurement.
  • The coach will measure the client/coachee/student’s achievements against the individual’s original reality check questionnaire (The Pin-drop), as well as against his/her own record of evidence of work completed. Furthermore, in addition, the progress compared to individuals in the same categorised area of reality… as a comparison of evidence for the above-mentioned personal thesis.

Session Structure:
The Initial Intake Form and the original reality check (The Pin-drop) must be completed before the second (2nd) session. The first (1st) session after the initial interview, will allow for time for any questions regarding this document) This document will be provided to the client/coachee/student electronically before the first (1st) session and completed electronically… thus shortening the time spent on answering these questions in the session.

Thereafter, the following structure will apply…

  1. A Quick review from the client/coachee/student on the previous week’s work/circumstances.
  2. Feedback and proof of the previous session’s ‘Homework/Self-Study’
  3. Touchpoints from the initial intake form/original reality check… as when and where needed
  4. From Zero to Hero: The next section to be discussed and worked through until the client/coachee/student understands the work at hand. ‘Homework/Self-Study’ will be assigned for the next session. This will continue and be repeated until such time as the client/coachee/student’s life illustrates that he/she has truly learned the lesson of the section.
  5. Confirmation of the next session – date time and meeting place – will be set at the end of the session and confirmed before the next session. Should any one of the parties need to reschedule, the rescheduling request must be discussed and accepted by both parties beforehand. Should the client/coachee/student fail to reschedule beforehand, a cancellation fee of 50% of their personal session cost, will be billed against his/her account. Should the coach fail to reschedule beforehand, the client/coachee/student will be credited with an additional session, over and above the session that has been missed.
  6. Remember: ‘Break-The-Glass-I.C.E.’ (in case of emergencies). The client/coachee/student is afforded the all-time access to contact the coach at any time via phone call, text message or ‘Please-Call-Me’ text for urgent assistance when needed. Kindly note – there might be times when the coach may not be available immediately… however… the client/coachee/student’s request for urgent contact shall be honoured as soon as possible.
  7. Additional Resources will be made available to the client/coachee/student as and when needed the full ‘From Zero to Hero’ digital product range is available on YEVL (Pty) Ltd.’s website.
  8. Monthly invoices will be sent to the client/coachee/student (and the individual responsible for the account)via email from YEVL (Pty) Ltd.’s in-house accounting system. Furthermore, a statement will be emailed from the same system on our quarterly update run. Again, all payments need to reflect the specific allocate reference code and proof of payments must be emailed to contact@clients.yevl.co.za for fast and efficient allocation to the client/coachee/students’s account.
  9. Should YEVL (Pty) Ltd. at any stage be part of a digital or in-person event, this information will be provided to the client/coachee/student through an invitation extended to attend said event. As a YEVL (pty) ltd. client/coachee/student discounted rates may be applicable, but not always guaranteed.
  10. Once the client/coachee/student has completed all of the ‘From Zero to Hero’ successfully…
  • Initial Intake form
  • All Sections
  • Measurement of success/achievement from the Pin-drop
  • Observation and Recommendation/Solutions implementation and his/her record of evidence has been verified the client/coachee/student will advance to the Review Process for future touch base tracking of the abovementioned advice, coaching, education and mentoring process.
    … Thus, we, the client/coachee/student and the coach will work together every step of the way… to guide him/her (the client/coachee/student) to naturally create and experience his/her own freedom, meaning and wealth – Mastring planning and living his/her own inspiring life!
