Your Client Portal access details will be emailed to you.
The client must have the following to participate in the advice, coaching or mentoring process:
- A ring-binder or folder in which templates, notes and exercises will be kept for own personal use and future reference.
- An exam pad or writing block… to be placed in the ring-binder/folder. At a later stage, the client can add file dividers for ease of access to the different sections.
- Access to a stable and secure internet connection for the 1-on-1 virtual sessions. A private, encrypted meeting room link will be provided to the client.
- 1 to 2 hours of availability per week for the 1-on-1 virtual sessions
- 3 to 5 hours of availability per week to do the exercises as per the week’s virtual session.
Advice, Coaching or Mentoring Agreement…
- The client and coach will agree on payment (in accordance too the client’s affordability) terms and conditions of the advice, coaching or mentoring before moving forward. (P.S. YEVL (Pty) Ltd.’s corporate rate is $ 100.00 per hour. {$1 = R18} )
- The verbal agreement must be accepted and confirmed by both parties in writing via email by means of a quote accepted and 1st invoice paid in advance. Proof of this payment and every following payment must be emailed to yvonne@clients.yevl.co.za
- Should any restructuring, amendments, delayed payments or delivery or alteration be made to this agreement, it must be accepted and confirmed by both parties in writing via email.
Observations will be recorded towards the evidence collection for the thesis, which underlies this advice, coaching and mentoring strategy.
- The coach will at all times take notes of the behaviour and responses of the client before, during and after each session.
- This record of evidence will be used anonymously in the thesis.
- The Thesis: The Psychological Impact and Rehabilitation of Past Experiences on Daily Driven Decisions in Life, Business and Finances (In all 12 spheres of an individual’s life. )
Definition of Achievement…
- This definition shall be determined by the value for the client and the results measured by the coach.
- The client needs to stipulate beforehand the kind of value of achievement measurement they will be willing to use, to always ensure going forward that both the client and the coach are on the same level of measurement.
- The coach will measure the individual’s achievements against the individual’s original reality check questionnaire (pin-drop), as well as against other individuals’ progress in the same area … as a comparison for the above-mentioned thesis.
Session Structure:
The Initial Intake Form information is to be completed in the first session (this document will be provided beforehand to the client to work through before the first session… thus shortening the time spent on answering the questions in the session)
Thereafter after the following structure will apply…
- Review from the previous week
- Feedback on ‘Homework’
- Initial Intake Form … if any further information is required.
- From Zero to Hero: next section to be discussed and worked through until the client understands the work at hand. ‘Homework’ will be assigned for the next session.
- Confirmation of the next session – date, time and virtual meeting place
- Reminder – “Break-The-Glass I.C.E’ … all clients are afforded the all-time access to contact the coach at any time via phone call, text message or voice note for assistance when needed. Please note – there might be times when the coach is not available, however, the client’s request for contact shall be honoured within the same working day received.
- Additional resources will be placed in the client’s digital folder for their ease of access.
- Monthly invoices will be sent out to clients via email, as well as placed in the client’s digital folder for record-keeping purposes. Each proof of payment will also be placed in the folder, as well as allocated against the client’s individual tracking record.
- Should YEVL (Pty) Ltd. at any stage be part of a digital or in-person event … this information will be provided to the client utilising an invitation extended to attend said event. As a client of YEVL (Pty) Ltd. discounted rate will apply for certain events
… Ending the session with the confirmation of availability from both parties …
Once the client has completed…
- All the Intake Information
- All the sections of the From Zero to Hero package
- Measurement of Achievement from the original pin-drop has been successfully achieved.
- Observation’s recommendations/solutions have been successfully implemented and are proving effective,
… The client advances to the Review Process for future touch base tracking of the abovementioned advice, coaching or mentoring.
Thus, we (the client and the coach) will work together every step of the way … to guide you (the client) to naturally create and experience your own freedom, meaning and wealth!
